FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you take reservations?  At this time we do not take reservations, but when demand is high, guests are invited to join our waiting list.  Most guests on the wait list find their way to our Brewery and our no-wait self-pour wall or the full-service bar in our restaurant. 

Do you host Events/Parties? Yes. We have an events team that can help you plan a party, shower or work event.  Simply click on the event tab and fill out your information.  Someone on our team will get back to you quickly.  Event space is subject to availability. 

How does the self-pour wall in your brewery work?  It's easy.  See one of our beer ambassadors inside the brewery and they will provide you a card that allows you to pick any one of our 20 beers on tap.  It's a great way to sample and find the one you like best.   Each card does have an ounce limit (for your safety and ours), but you can add ounces by simply visiting our beer ambassador.

Are you kid friendly? Yes.  We have a full kids menu inside our restaurant. Inside the brewery we do recommend that patrons are over the age of 21 after 7pm. 

Do you have parking available?  We have over 120 parking spaces available adjacent to The Ridge and there are some overflow areas in surrounding businesses.  We are currently reviewing expansion plans for our parking area.

Do you have gift cards available?  Gift cards are available on our site and in-person.

Are you hiring?  All job listings are available on www.indeed.com.

Do you have gluten free options? Yes, our menu features a number of gluten free options.  

Are you handicapped accessible? Yes. Our parking lots, entrances, walkways, dining areas and bathrooms are handicapped accessible.

Do you do take-out/delivery? Yes, we offer take-out and delivery options. Links are available on the Menu page of the website. 

Do you sell beer to go?  At this time, we do sell 32 oz crowlers of our current Ridge Brews on tap. You can order these right at our main bar! We do not sell any other beer to go, nor can we fill growlers at this time.  

Do you show sporting events? We have over 10 televisions featuring NFL, NHL, College, MLB, NBA and other events.  

How close are you to downtown and The Bills Stadium?  We are located 15 minutes from downtown and 5 miles from the home of the Bills.
